PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR
CLINTON UTILITIES BOARD
 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested members of the public that the time of the regular monthly meetings of the Clinton Utilities Board (CUB) held at CUB’s office at 1001 Charles G. Seivers Blvd. in Clinton, Tennessee, has been changed to 5:30 p.m. beginning with CUB’s regularly scheduled meeting on December 8, 2011.  Regular monthly meetings of CUB will continue to be held on the second Thursday of each month but will now commence at 5:30 p.m. at CUB’s office.
 

CUB shall meet at such times in open, public and regular session for the purpose of considering its regular monthly business and all other business that may come before the Board.
 

This Meeting Notice is given pursuant to Title 8, Chapter 44, Sections 101 et. seq., Tennessee Code Annotated and in accordance with other applicable requirements of law.  If any accommodations are needed for individuals with disabilities who wish to be present at a meeting, please contact Sandra Jent at (865) 457-9232.  Requests should be made as soon as possible but at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled meeting in order for CUB to provide such needed aid or service.
